What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Context you choose to share: your city, wealth band, the goal you're working towards and an approximate figure for your investable assets.
• Interaction records: notes, calls and meetings your advisor logs, and messages you send through the goal planner.
• Technical data: a hashed record of your IP address and browser, used only to stop abuse of our public forms.

Why we use it

We use your information to route your enquiry to the advisor covering your market, to prepare for and follow up on conversations with you, and to keep an accurate record of the advice relationship. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the enquiry form, and our legitimate interest in running an advisory business thereafter.

Automated analysis

We use AI to summarise your enquiry, suggest a priority for the advisor, and draft an initial welcome message. These outputs are always reviewed by a person before anything is acted on or sent. No automated decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is made about you.

Who can see it

Access is restricted by role: the advisor assigned to you sees your record, managers and administrators of the firm see the whole book, and no other client can see your details. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months if the relationship does not proceed, and for the duration of the advice relationship plus any period required by financial-services record-keeping rules if it does.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Email us and we will action the request within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
